2. Trademark and copyright notice
2.1. "Siam" and any related logos, character names, ride names and graphic devices are registered trademarks owned by Loro Parque S.A.. All product names, logos, brands, illustrations and photographs of Siam that appear on tenerifeworldtickets.org are the property of their respective owners.
2.2. Use of these names and logos on tenerifeworldtickets.org does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or official partnership. Tenerife World Tickets maintains its own visual identity, distinct from that of Loro Parque S.A., on every page where this is technically practicable.
3. No agency, no franchise, no joint venture
3.1. The relationship between Tenerife World Tickets and the Customer is a direct contract for re-sale; the relationship between Tenerife World Tickets and Loro Parque S.A. is, where it exists, a relationship between commercial parties operating in the secondary ticketing market. Nothing on tenerifeworldtickets.org should be interpreted as creating a franchise, agency, mandate, fiduciary duty, employment relationship or joint-venture between Tenerife World Tickets and Loro Parque S.A..
3.2. Tenerife World Tickets does not represent Loro Parque S.A., does not bind Loro Parque S.A. by any commitment made on tenerifeworldtickets.org, and is not bound by any commitment made on the official channels of Loro Parque S.A..
4. Where to find the official channel of the Park
4.1. Customers who prefer to purchase directly from the Park, at the gate-price set by Loro Parque S.A. and on the contractual terms of the Park, should consult the official corporate website of Loro Parque S.A. or visit the Park's ticket office on site.
4.2. Search engines occasionally rank our website above the Park's official channel for certain queries; this is the result of the Park's search-engine optimisation choices, not of an intentional impersonation by Tenerife World Tickets. Tenerife World Tickets does not bid on, and does not display, search-engine advertising on the Park's exact-trademark keywords.
5. Pricing & the Service Fee
5.1. The price displayed on tenerifeworldtickets.org is the Park's gate price plus our Service Fee. The Customer is informed of the breakdown on the price-summary screen, before the payment step. The Service Fee is the consideration for the value-added services described in §1.3.
5.2. The Park's gate price may change without notice and may be lower or higher than the price on tenerifeworldtickets.org at any given time. Tenerife World Tickets does not guarantee parity with the gate price. Customers seeking the absolute lowest price should compare offers across channels.
6. No legal, financial, medical or travel advice
6.1. The content of tenerifeworldtickets.org — including blog posts, FAQ articles, ride-suitability hints and travel tips — is published for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, insurance, immigration or professional travel advice.
6.2. The Customer should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on such advice (height/age suitability for rides for persons with specific medical conditions, travel-insurance coverage, visa requirements, customs allowances).
7. Third-party links
7.1. tenerifeworldtickets.org may include links to external websites operated by third parties (search-engine result snippets, partner hotels, transport providers, the Park's official channel for reference). Tenerife World Tickets does not control the content, the availability or the privacy practices of those third-party websites and does not accept liability for them.
7.2. Following an external link is the Customer's own decision; the Customer is invited to review the destination's terms of service and privacy policy before interacting with it.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenerife World Tickets disclaims liability for: indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages; lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost holiday enjoyment; the unilateral acts of Loro Parque S.A. (closure of the Park, removal of an attraction, change of opening hours, refusal of admission for breach of house rules); and force-majeure events as defined in our Terms of Service.
8.2. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, misrepresentation as to a material element of the Service).
9. Accuracy of the information
9.1. We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on tenerifeworldtickets.org up to date — opening calendar, ride availability, height-restriction matrix, hotel-pairing options. Despite this diligence, the source data is published by Loro Parque S.A. and may change at short notice.
