Tenerife World Tickets — independent ticket reseller

About Us

Last updated: 2026 · tenerifeworldtickets.org

Tenerife World Tickets is an independent online ticket-resale platform built for European travellers who want a single trusted point to buy admission tickets to leisure venues, day-and-stay packages, and on-site add-ons for theme parks and water parks across Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal. We are not the park — we are the booking partner that sits between the park and the traveller and removes friction from the purchase.

1. Who we are

1.1. Tenerife World Tickets is a private company duly incorporated within the European Union, owned and run by a small team of e-commerce, customer-care and travel-industry professionals. Our team has a combined experience of more than two decades in the online ticketing of European leisure attractions, and the company is the result of a desire to bring that experience under a single multilingual brand.

1.2. We are not a public-listed travel agency, we are not a classical OTA, and we are not a deal-aggregator. We are a focused boutique reseller. Each park whose ticket we re-sell is one we have visited, photographed and tested, and whose terms of admission we have read in the original language.

2. Our mission

2.1. To make the purchase of admission tickets to European leisure venues simple, transparent and predictable for the international traveller, with prices in EUR, communication in the traveller's language, instant e-ticket delivery and a real human at the other end of the support channel.

2.2. We want the traveller to feel that booking via Tenerife World Tickets delivers the same admission right as the park's own counter, with the convenience of a confirmed-in-advance ticket, a fixed-EUR price (no card-acquirer surprises), a multilingual receipt, and a refund policy that we write and honour ourselves.

3. What we do — and how the Service Fee works

3.1. We acquire admission tickets to Siam (and to the other venues listed in our catalogue) from authorised channels — the park's own B2B portals, certified wholesale partners, and direct contracts where the park accepts our profile. We then re-sell those tickets to end-customers under our own commercial responsibility.

3.2. The price the traveller pays on tenerifeworldtickets.org is the park's gate-price plus a Service Fee that covers: live availability and price-feed reconciliation, multilingual customer support (English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Russian), 24/7 fraud monitoring, real-time 3-D Secure payment processing, instant PDF e-ticket delivery, EUR currency settlement (no acquirer FX surprise), and a refund policy that is more generous than the legal minimum.

3.3. The Service Fee is disclosed on the price-summary screen before the traveller clicks "Pay", and the traveller is free to compare with the park's official channel to decide whether the convenience is worth the difference. We never hide the Service Fee in a "booking charge added at the last step".

4. Our promises

5. What we are not

5.1. We are not Loro Parque S.A.. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, agent of, or in any way officially connected to Siam or any of its corporate group. The use of the trademark "Siam" on tenerifeworldtickets.org is purely nominative — to identify the admission product we re-sell — and is permitted under EU trademark law. For clarity, see our Legal Notice.

5.2. We are not a regulated travel-organiser within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. We sell single travel services (admission tickets); where a customer combines our admission tickets with services from third parties, those third parties remain solely responsible for the services they sell.

5.3. We are not a payment institution. Card payments are processed by our PSP under PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest assurance level under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

6. The team and the operations

6.1. Customer support is staffed Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00 CET and Saturday 10:00-16:00 CET by a multilingual team based within the European Union. Out-of-hours fraud monitoring is automated and human-on-call.

6.2. Technology is in-house: the storefront, the catalogue, the price feed and the booking engine are written and operated by Tenerife World Tickets. We do not white-label a third-party storefront, which is why we can adjust the user-experience and the refund logic faster than the average aggregator.

7. Compliance and certifications

7.1. The Service operates under EU consumer-protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights), Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices), and the e-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC. Our payment processing complies with PSD2 (Directive (EU) 2015/2366) including Strong Customer Authentication.

7.2. Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

7.3. Our PSP is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified; the hosting provider holds ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.

8. Languages we serve

The tenerifeworldtickets.org catalogue is published in the languages most demanded by the European leisure market: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Russian. Customer support replies in the language of the order or in English where this is the only common language.
